? UPDATE 9/9/2010: Audrey & her 2 FeLV+ babies, Burger & Chrissy, were transported to “House Of Dreams” in Portland, Oregon! Thank you, Eileen, Kelly, & everyone at the House Of Dreams. Special thanks to Elin & Justine for driving this sweet family to their wonderful, new home. You can visit them @ KittyDreams.org. ? UPDATE 6/8/2010: Mama Audrey’s IFA test came back positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia). This means that they will need to be isolated from all other non-FeLV+ cats and kept indoors, only. It also means that they could get very ill from this disease (the most common & contagious among all feline illnesses), even die. There’s so much research, information, & new treatment re: FeLV on the Internet. I’m hoping & praying that someone (or a rescue organization) will open up their heart & home to this adorable threesome, keep them together, & provide them a good, long, happy life. Wow, it seems every “Kitten Season” is getting worse than the last? What does this mean? One female cat and her offspring can produce 20736 in 4 …

Quantico is in foster care for the moment…if you are interested in meeting Quantico please email info@fourpaws.org Quantico is a sweet young girl originally rescued from a house with more than 40 other cats. She was adopted as a kitten and recently returned when her new owners could no longer care for her. Despite the awful conditions in her first home and being abandoned by the only real family she has ever known, she is playful, lovable and incredibly affectionate. She is approximately 2 years old. Quantico is the most wonderful cat you have ever met. Shes never shy with anyone and loves to be held and cuddled. She purrs constantly, it never seems to stop. Quantico will crawl into your lap whenever she needs some love. Quantico would be great with children of any age and she should be fine with other cats. She does not seem to like dogs and would be happiest in a home with them. Quantico is spayed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and is current on vaccines. For information about adopting Quantico, please email info@fourpaws.org
